The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the to-date total number of cases to 3,560. Of the new cases: 12 reside in West Plains and one lives in Mountain View. There have been 18,831 tests administered in Howell County to date.
