The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year-to-date total number of cases to 3,375. Of the new cases; 10 reside in West Plains, one lives in Willow Springs, one lives in Mountain View and one lives in Caulfield. There have been 18,132 tests administered in Howell County year-to-date.
