WEST PLAINS, MO- The Howell County Sherriff’s Office was recently contacted by West Plains resident Justin Whiteside regarding a donation to the Shop With A Cop Program. Justin explained that he had raised funds at a recent event and wanted to donate to the 31st Annual Shop with A Cop scheduled for December 13th, 2025.
The Howell County Sherriff’s Office and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #43 would like to thank Justin for his generous donation. HCSO also adds that this event would not be possible without donations and support from the community.
