Howell County Sheriff’s Office – Inmate Medical Services

 

The Howell County Sheriff’s Office, is seeking sealed bid proposals from qualified providers for inmate medical services at the Howell County Jail.

The successful bidder will provide comprehensive medical care services to inmates housed at the Howell County Jail, including but not limited to: routine and emergency care, medical assessments, medication management, and coordination with external healthcare providers as needed.

 

Bid Submission Period: Opens: July 02, 2025 at 8:00 AM and Closes: July 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

 

All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked as “Howell County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Medical Services Bid” and delivered to the Howell Commissioners Office at 35 Court Room Square, West Plains, MO 65775, in person, or by mail, by the July 11, 2025, 5:00 PM deadline.

 

Bid Opening:

Submitted bids will be publicly opened and reviewed on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM during the Howell County Commissioners Meeting, held at the Howell County Commission Office.

Bid specification packets can be picked up in person at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, located at 1106 Missouri Avenue, West Plains, MO 65775.
