Doniphan, MO. – A man from Illinois was recently issued a summons to court for charges on a domestic violence incident that occurred in July of this year.
The probable cause statement described the event happening on July 8th, with James Daniel Beckwith, born 1966 of Piasa, IL, injuring a pair of victims. This disagreement stemmed from a conflict over belonging storage and residence of a property in the middle of a sale.
One victim stated they had suffered a chipped bone and torn ligaments in his ankle from the engagement, with hospital paperwork confirming the injuries.
Beckwith faces one charges of 2nd Degree Domestic Assault, and one charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Assault, and is scheduled to appear in court on November 5th in Doniphan.
