Melbourne, AR. – The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has stated that they will begin posting those with active warrants on Fridays through their social media page in an effort to find those posted on.
In the initial announcement, two individuals are being sought.

Starting today, and continuing every Friday, we will be highlighting a few individuals with outstanding felony warrants through the Izard County Circuit Court.

Kirk Chester Jacobs, 67, has a felony warrant issued through the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke probation on original charges filed in Izard County for failure to comply with the sex offender registry and possession of drug paraphernalia (case numbers 33CR2019-49 and 33CR2019-50).
Jacobs is a sex offender, with victims age 16 and under. His last known address in Arkansas was in Independence County; however, he may currently be in the Longview, Texas area.
Angelia Marie Dickerson, 48, has a felony warrant issued through the Izard County Circuit Court on a petition to revoke probation related to original charges in Izard County for delivery of a controlled substance (case number 33CR2021-76).
Her last known address in Arkansas was in the Jordan area of Baxter County.
