With over 300 judges in attendance, this year’s sessions covered a broad range of topics including sentencing options, impairment evidence, judicial ethics, redaction practices, and recognizing and preventing inherent bias. A case law and legislative update was also featured.

The MMACJA, which began with just 12 members, now includes more than 350 municipal and associate circuit judges across Missouri. The association is dedicated to providing ongoing training and support to its members to ensure the fair and effective administration of justice in the state’s most frequently used courts.
