Wednesday night the Arkansas State Police arrested a Lee’s Summit woman in Baxter county. 48-year-old Jessica Jo Fields is charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

She was also cited for No Headlights at Night, Driving Left of Center and No Insurance.
She was booked into the Baxter County Jail with a bond set at $5,000, she is scheduled to appear in court September 22nd.
