WEST PLAINS, Mo. — A West Plains-based author has a new book coming out next year.
Annie Noblin says “St. Francis Society for Wayward Pets”, her fifth novel, will be out in January. With this book, she says that she wanted to challenge herself by working outside of her normal setting of the Ozarks:

She says that her theme of animals as companions and objects of healing continue in this book, with a new twist that mirrors her own life:
