From the probable cause affidavit:
On May 17, 2025, while at a residence in West Plains, Howell County
Missouri, a male victim was knocked unconscious after being struck in the
face by a male juvenile suspect. While unconscious, the victim was struck
in the left side of the face with a closed fist by Gage Mayhall.
The victim was flown by Air Evac to Cox South Trauma Center due to
internal bleeding of his head that is believed to have been sustained as a
result of the assault.
A video of the assault’s was obtained by the investigating officer.

Gage Mayhall is being charged with 1st Degree Assault on a Special Victim, Officer Tyler Gill of the West Plains Police Department investigated.
