Marion County Arrests Include Threatening, Burglary, and Failure to Appear

YELLVILLE, Ark. — The Marion County Sheriff’s Department’s inmate roster has been released detailing multiple bookings between July 28 and August 6 on charges ranging from burglary and probation violations to disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court.

Recent Arrests:

  • Jeremy A. Jones, 37, of Flippin, was arrested on July 28 for failure to comply with court terms and conditions, including a felony offense.

  • Lindsay Jay Coke, 43, of Cutler, Illinois, was arrested on July 28 for terroristic threatening (2nd degree), obstructing governmental operations, disorderly conduct, and charges pending. His bond was set at $1,020, with a court date scheduled for September 22 in Marion County District Court.

  • Roger Brian Concannon, 63, of Yellville, was arrested on July 29 for probation violation. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on August 18.

  • Dusty Allen Rhoades, 34, of Harriet, was arrested on July 30 on multiple charges, including residential burglary, theft of property, criminal trespass, and hold for another agency. His bond was set at $50,000.

  • Michael Andrew Hess, 55, of Mountain Home, was arrested on July 31 for failure to comply with court-ordered terms and conditions. His court date is set for September 24 in Marion County Circuit Court.

  • Celine Colling, 56, of Bull Shoals, was arrested on August 3 for two counts of failure to appear. She is scheduled to appear in court on August 11 in Bull Shoals and again on August 18 in Marion County District Court. Her bond was set at $430 for one charge, with no bond listed for the second.

  • Jeremy Earl Cox, 47, of Mountain Home, was arrested on August 6 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor and failure to pay fines. His total bond was set at $725.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
