SALEM, Ark. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has released its inmate roster for the period of July 10 through July 20, 2025, detailing several arrests involving serious charges ranging from drug distribution and aggravated assault to harassment and domestic violence.
Arrests Include:
- Christian Justice Arthur, 22, of Williford, Ark., was arrested on July 20 for harassing communications.
- Andrew Crowe, 19, of Columbus, Ind., was taken into custody on July 20 and faces multiple charges including:
- Battery in the 3rd degree
- Criminal mischief in the 1st degree
- Purchase and possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor
- Possession of tobacco products by a minor
- Terroristic threatening in the 2nd degree
- Public intoxication
- Mary-Lauren Elizabeth Niermann, 37, of Myrtle, Mo., was arrested on July 10 on a long list of charges:
- False imprisonment (2nd degree)
- Indecent exposure
- Domestic battery (3rd degree)
- Public intoxication
- Endangering the welfare of a minor (2nd degree)
- Criminal trespass
- Drinking in public
- Disorderly conduct
- Victor Edward Watson, 25, was arrested on July 10 for aggravated assault.
- Adam Earl Wilson, 43, of Salem, Ark., was also arrested on July 10 for:
- Delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine (less than 2 grams)
- Maintaining premises for drug activity and offenses related to records
- Matthew Christopher Arnold, 38, was arrested on July 10 for absconding.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department reminds the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
