The Missouri State Highway Patrol will celebrate the graduation of its 123rd Recruit Class on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. on the South Lawn of the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City and will be livestreamed on the Patrol’s official Facebook page.
The 123rd Recruit Class began training at the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on January 2, 2025. Following graduation, the new troopers will officially report for duty in their assigned troops starting Monday, July 7.
The Honorable Kelly Broniec of the Supreme Court of Missouri will administer the Oath of Office. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is set to deliver the keynote address, while Colonel Michael A. Turner, superintendent of the Patrol, will offer remarks to the graduates.
Additional ceremonial highlights include a presentation of the colors by the Troop F Color Guard, a national anthem performance by Sergeant Andrew A. Henry, and an invocation and benediction from Pastor Jeremy Hostettler of Weaubleau First Baptist Church.
The graduation marks an important milestone in the careers of Missouri’s newest state troopers and reaffirms the Patrol’s commitment to public safety and professional law enforcement across the state.
