An 83-year-old Mountain Grove woman sustained moderate injuries when the 2003 Chevrolet Malibu she was driving ran into the back of an unmanned Dodge 5500 truck near MM Highway in Mountain Grove.
She was transported to Mercy hospital for treatment of her injuries.
