19-year-old Randy Marney of Mountain Home was arrested by the Arkansas State Police on Sunday.

He is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Meth/Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule VI, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Baxter County Jail with a bond set at $5000.
