1st Willow Springs Veteran’s Day Parade Scheduled for November

Willow Springs, MO. – The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce has announced that Willow Springs will be putting on a Veteran’s Day Parade in November, a first for the town. The announcement will be posted below.


For the first time in Willow Springs history a Veteran’s Day parade is being planned for Saturday November 8. This is being put together by Josh Wiese for his Senior Project.

Line-up will be on Ferguson St at the Willow Springs High School Parking lot at 10 am. This event is open to ALL Veterans either individuals or organizations and ANY business, church or civic group that would like to honor our Veterans. Floats, signage or entry must pay homage to Veteran’s and Veteran’s only.

This is ALL ABOUT VETERANS! Parade participants are asked NOT to throw candy, the mood
should be one of respect and honor.

There is no entry form required. Just show-up at 10 am at 10th & Ferguson St. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver and are subject to approval of your float/entry to ensure all entries are VETERAN THEMED entries.
