MSU-WP Honors Faculty and Staff During Employee Appreciation Week

Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) recognized the dedication and hard work of its faculty and staff during Employee Appreciation Week, held June 16–20.

The week’s celebrations included a group photo at the Smith-London Centennial Bell Tower, an ice cream social, a day off to observe Juneteenth, and an early release on June 20 to kick off the weekend. University officials said the annual event is an opportunity to thank employees for their vital contributions to the institution’s success over the academic year.

MSU-WP currently employs 138 full-time and 88 part-time staff and faculty members. Employee Appreciation Week remains a valued tradition on campus, promoting camaraderie and recognizing the efforts of the people who help the university thrive.
