Operation Relentless Pursuit Arrests Another Fugetive

From the Howell County Sherriff’s Office:

West Plains, MO — A wanted fugitive was taken into custody without incident on May 13, 2025, following a coordinated investigation and surveillance effort by local and state law enforcement agencies as part of Operation Relentless Pursuit (ORP).
The investigation began on May 7th when a South-Central Drug Task Force (SCDTF) team member relayed information from tip regarding the whereabouts of Fugitive Tiffany N. Shannon. (Ms. Shannon was wanted on a no-bond probation violation warrant out of Texas County).
Operation Relentless Pursuit (ORP) members conducted Initial surveillance on May 9th at a residence located on Joe Jones Blvd in West Plains, but no confirmation of Shannon’s presence could be established.
On May 13th, Operation Relentless Pursuit task force members were provided another tip about a possible second location on Johnson Street in West Plains that Shannon may be staying at, with her boyfriend.
Surveillance was conducted at the Johnson Street residence, where the suspected vehicle was located. After no direct sightings of Shannon, it was decided that uniformed deputies would attempt contact.
Upon approaching the residence, a male answered the door and confirmed that Tiffany Shannon was inside the residence. Moments later, Ms. Shannon came to the door and surrendered peacefully.
Tiffany Shannon was taken into custody for her warrant, and initially booked at the Howell County Jail before being transported to the Texas County Sheriff’s Office, where she was formally booked into their detention facility.
