The Arkansas State Patrol announced that 73-year-old Patrick Black of Hardy was killed on Friday after being struck by a 2011 Buick on Us 412. The report states that the pedestrian was in the roadway on US 412 and was struck by the westbound vehicle.
The accident was worked by the Hardy Police Department.
