WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The Highway Patrol says a Pomona man was injured Sunday night after crashing his car while fleeing from police.
24-year-old Nathan Rodman was taken from the scene of the 11:33 pm accident to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. The chase ended after his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, ran off-road and overturned, according to the report.

The accident happened two miles north of Pomona on County Road 5160.
The reason behind the pursuit was not disclosed in the report.
