On August 29, 2025, authorities arrested Jason Judd for violating conditions of his status as a Missouri Registered Sex Offender after he was found within prohibited distance of Houston High School and West Side Park.
At approximately 8:10 P.M., Judd was observed sitting in the bleachers near the football field, in close proximity to underage children. School staff and Officer Davis alerted law enforcement, and dispatch confirmed Judd’s offender status through M.U.L.E.S.
Judd did not have permission to be on school grounds or within 500 feet of the property, a direct violation of his registration terms. The incident remains under investigation.
He is charged with Sexual Offender Present/Loiter within 500 feet of a park, and Sexual Offender Preset/Loiter within 500 feet of a school.
