On Sunday the West Plains Police Department Arrested Shawna Reid and charged her with 1st degree property damage and 1st degree harassment.
According to the probable cause statement officers were dispatched to a residence on Lee Anna Drive in West Plains for property damage. They found substantial damage done to a vehicle including dents in many areas of the vehicles,a fender flare torn off, and attempts were made to break out the windows.

Officers viewed footage from a doorbell camera and it showed Reid yelling profanities towards the victim, she had also been sending threatening messages to the victim.
