The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has announced that Route 137 in Texas County will be closed beginning Monday, July 21, for a bridge replacement project over Jack’s Fork (South Fork).
The closure will affect the stretch of Route 137 located between Route U and Route AZ. The project is scheduled to be completed by Friday, October 17, weather permitting. A signed detour will be in place throughout the duration of the closure.
MoDOT urges drivers to exercise extreme caution when traveling near the work zone, which will be clearly marked with signage.
