Texas County Deputies and first responders are currently looking for Luie Armstrong age 71, who walked away from a residence on Highway 32 east of Success, just west of Paddy Creek Road.
Armstrong has dementia & may be confused. He was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. If you see Armstrong please contact your local law enforcement office
