Sharp County Sheriff’s Office Releases Weekly Incarceration Report and Community Service Hours

SHARP COUNTY, AR — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the week of April 28, 2025, through May 5, 2025. According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, a total of 27 individuals were booked into the Sharp County Detention Center during this period, facing a range of charges from drug offenses to domestic battery.

Arrests and Charges:

  • Elmer Bacus, 48, of Searcy: Domestic Battering – 3rd Degree.

  • Amber Baney, 34, of Arkansas: Parole/Probation Revocation.

  • Kenneth Britt, 65, of North Little Rock: Possession of Schedule VI (less than 4 oz) and White Warrant.

  • Mackenzie Clayton, 31, of Cave City: Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License.

  • Timothy Collins, 56, of Hardy: Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, and Maintaining a Drug Premises Near a Drug-Free Zone.

  • Wendy Collins, 50, of Williford: Possession of Schedule VI (less than 4 oz), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Terroristic Threatening – 2nd Degree.

  • Loretta Dempsey, 59, of Strawberry: Driving with Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Hold for Other County/State.

  • James Frey, 33, of Salem: Violation of Parole.

  • Killila Greathouse, 39, of Fayetteville: Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Refusal to Arrest.

  • Byron Johnson, 58, of Oklahoma: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Report/Registration.

  • Rhonda Keifer, 50, of Ash Flat: Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Operating a Vehicle without a License Plate, and Offense Involving Motor Vehicle Equipped with Ignition Interlock Device.

  • Stormy Lankford, 20, of Melbourne: Failure to Comply.

  • Braxton McEntire, 18, of Hardy: Battery – 2nd Degree.

  • Joseph McMullin, 45, of Ash Flat: Failure to Comply with Conditions.

  • Danny Mynatt, 69, of Arkansas: Maintaining Drug Premises Near Drug-Free Zone and Delivery of Methamphetamine/Cocaine (less than 2 grams).

  • Harry Paige, 42, of Arkadelphia: Parole/Probation Revocation.

  • Jason Parsons, 46, of Bentonville: Parole/Probation Violation.

  • Shannon Polston, 53, of Cave City: Domestic Battering – 3rd Degree, Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member, and Habitual Offender.

  • Justin Sartin, 37, of Little Rock: Parole/Probation Violation.

  • Shawntae Sepulvado, 39, of Lowell: Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL and Speeding (over 15 MPH over limit).

  • Jamie Shipman, 45, of Salem: Failure to Appear on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.

  • Raven Stockstill, 34, of Williford: Parole/Probation Hold.

  • Bruce Vanoven, 41, of Highland: Forgery.

  • Jeremy Wells, 46, of Hardy: Forgery – 1st Degree, Burglary (Residential), Theft of Property, and Financial Identity Fraud.

  • Russell Westmoreland, 45, of Evening Shade: Violation of Suspension or Probation.

  • Angel Willard, 22, of Strawberry: Assault on a Family or Household Member – 2nd Degree.

  • Cody Willard, 24, of Strawberry: Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (2nd Degree – two counts), Interference with Emergency Communications (2nd), Domestic Battering (3rd Degree), and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (2nd Degree – additional count).

Community Service Hours:

In addition to the weekly arrests, the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office reported that a total of 240 community service hours were completed by inmates between April 27, 2025, and May 3, 2025. These hours were spent contributing to several community projects, including:

  • Tri County Recycling

  • Eutopia Missionary Baptist Church

  • Sharp Cemetery

  • Revival in the Pines

The community service program is designed to allow inmates to pay off fines while giving back to the local community. Under the supervision of Coordinator Brian Watson, participants worked on various service projects aimed at maintaining and enhancing community spaces.

Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson expressed his appreciation for the hard work done by the community service participants and the continued cooperation of local organizations.
