A 34-Year-old Gainesville man sustained minor injuries in a one vehicle accident in Douglas County last night. The crash occurred when the 2018 Subaru Outback he was driving traveled off the roadway, went through a fence and overturned two miles south of Squires on JJ Highway. He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of injuries. The crash happened at 7:45pm.
The 34-year-old driver was identified as Timothy Bowman in a separate arrest report. Bowman was charged with a misdemanor of Driving While Intoxicated Resulting in a Motor Vehicle Crash at 8:22pm.
