After nearly 3 hours of combined tracking, by Ava PD K9 Nitro, Douglas County K9 Zeus and then Douglas County K9 York who tracked the final mile located the suspect in a field where Sgt Box, Deputy Three Eagles and Sgt Stroud took the suspect into custody without incident.

The subject had fled on foot on C Highway after a wreck yesterday afternoon.
