Theodosia, Mo. – A Theodosia woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident Monday morning after she fell out of her vehicle. The accident occurred on US 160 in Theodosia at 11:20 a.m. November 1, 2021.
Cassie Wallace, 38 of Theodosia, was eastbound in a 2021 Polaris UTV when she noticed that the driver side door was not completely latched. Wallace attempted to open and close the door when she was ejected by the door onto the roadway, the UTV then hitting Wallace. She suffered moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home for treatment.
