A three vehicle collision in Texas county injured three people on Friday. The accident happened when a 2014 Ford Fusion, driven by a 36-year-old Calico Rock man, was passing a 2003 Peterbilt, driven by a 26-year-old Salem man, and struck a 2018 Ford F150, driven by a 29-year-old Plato woman. The Fusion then left the roadway and impacted a mailbox.
The Plato woman and her juvenile passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken by private vehicle for treatment. The Calico Rock man was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and the driver of the Peterbilt was not injured according to the Crash Report.

The accident happened on Highway AW one mile south of Evening Shade in Texas County.
