Mountain Home, AR. – A woman who turned herself in to law enforcement in February of 2024 is set to go to trial in Baxter County for three counts of rape.
The trial has been scheduled for September 8th, with a pre-trial hearing scheduled for June 8th.

Documents in the case have been sealed from the public in order to protect the identities of the victims, but investigation on this case is said to have started back in 2022.
Rape is considered a Class Y felony in Arkansas, the most serious crime classification not punishable by the death penalty.
