Two Kentucky Residents were injured in an accident in Shannon County on Saturday. The accident occurred when the 2003 Ram 1500 they were in ran off Highway 60 and struck a tree.
The 40-year-old male driver and the 30-year-old female passenger both from Somerset Kentucky sustained minor injuries and were transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital for treatment.

The accident happened three miles west of Freemont.
