West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Chamber of Commerce held their yearly awards ceremony last night, January 22nd at the West Plains Civic Center.
Various organizations and individuals were recognized their their commitment to excellence over the past year, even in the face of all the challenges that were present this past year.
