The West Plains Downtown organization is reminding residents and visitors to submit their completed Downtown Passports by June 30, 2025. Participants can drop off their passports at the drop box located outside The Frame Shop at 403 Washington Avenue.
By turning in a passport, participants are automatically entered to win a variety of exciting local prizes. The Downtown Passport program encourages the community to explore and support local businesses.

Organizers urge participants not to delay. “Don’t wait—submit by the 30th and let the winning begin!” the reminder states. No purchase is necessary, and only one entry is allowed per person.
