West Plains Man Arrested for Possession, Intent to Distribute 500 Grams of Cocaine

West Plains, MO. – Operation Relentless Pursuit has produced another arrest in the vicinity of West Plains, where at least 500 grams of cocaine were discovered and confiscated in the initial investigation.

The Howell County Sheriff’s Office has issued a statement on this arrest, included below.

On May 29, 2025 Howell County Sheriff’s Office and Operation Relentless Pursuit Investigators assisted the U.S. Marshals Service with an arrest operation for a West Plains man on a federal indictment for drug and firearm charges.
 
Trevan D. Andrews, 25 of West Plains was located and arrested without incident. According to federal court documents Andrews’ indictment stemmed from an incident in March 2024. Andrews knowingly and intentionally possessed 500 grams or more of cocaine with the intent to distribute and simultaneously possessed a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
 
Andrews was transported to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office to be housed while he awaits an appearance in U.S. District Court in Springfield, Mo.
