West Plains Man Charged With Harassment

Charges have been filed against a West Plains man from an incident originally reported in May according to a probable cause statement.

A victim reported that Timothy Wadkins had been harassing her and her boyfriend by phone for the past two months.  He is being accused of calling the boyfriends work regularly and hanging up as well as calling and texting her from blocked numbers.

She also stated that he has been taking pictures of houses on her street looking for her.  It allegedly is stemming from the victims sister owing him $9, and he stated that he would not stop until she paid him back.

 One of the messages from Tim  states “When you randomly hear something snap, when you hear someone crying in the dark of the night. When you find a
random drop of blood on the floor of your bedroom to the random prick your going to get from an AIDs needle just know it’s me, He went on to say that she would need to take a test for Aids.

Wadkins is charged with harassment in the 1st Degree.
