An 18-year-old West Plains man sustained minor injuries in an accident 3.5 miles west of Millersville, Missouri on Highway 72 Sunday.
The accident occurred when he attempted to pass a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse driven by a Patton Missouri resident, struck the vehicle, ran off the roadway and his 1992 Ford F150 caught fire.

He was transported to St. Francis Hospital for treatment, the Patton man was not injured according to the crash report.
