West Plains, MO. – A crash that involved two vehicles on the morning of Thursday, March 28th has left one individual with serious injuries, according to a recent report from Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The vehicles involved in this accident were a Toyota and a Ford truck, according to the accident report. The driver of the Toyota, Justin Heath, 29 of West Plains, struck the rear of the Ford, driven by Daniel Brown, 64 of Poplar Bluff. Heath then continued after the collision into the nearby ditch.
Brown was uninjured at the time of the accident and was wearing his safety device. Heath was not wearing his safety device, and was inflicted with serious injuries. He was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
The time of this crash was 7:35am. The investigator from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, was Trooper C. Battreal of Troop G.
