West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Parks and Recreation Department are planning another Movie Night in the Park event, this one set for October 25th.
This is a Halloween-themed event, and Parks and Rec officials are asking the public to help them decide on the movie, selecting between Hotel Transylvania, Hocus Pocus, Nightmare Before Christmas, or Monster House.

The winner will be announced tomorrow on Friday, August 15th.
