The West Plains R-VII School District Board of Education will convene for a Special Session Meeting on Wednesday, July 30, at 12:00 p.m. at the district’s Central Office.
The meeting will begin with standard opening items, including roll call, quorum establishment, and approval of the agenda. Following that, the board will move into a Closed Executive Session, pursuant to Missouri law, to discuss matters related to legal issues, real estate transactions, personnel and student matters, and operational guidelines related to security.

The board will then return to open session for adjournment, with the next regularly scheduled meeting set for August 26.
