West Plains: Splash Pad NOW OPEN

The splash pad at Butler Children’s Park in West Plains is now open. A ribbon cutting was held Wednesday morning.

The Splash Pad is the first phase of a larger project that will include additional play equipment, walking trails, fencing, and parking spots at the park, which was donated to the City in 1977 by Bob and Pearl Butler.
