A 23-year-old West Plains woman was arrested Tuesday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and is facing several charges.
Emilee Shipley is facing two counts of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, three counts of Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Failure to Secure a Child Less than Eight Years Old in a Booster Seat.

She was transported to the Howell County Jail.
