The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Willow Springs, hosted a community planting event on April 23 that brought new life and color to Downtown Main Street.
Twelve dedicated volunteers came together to fill 15 large planters along the street, using flowers sourced from the Willow Springs FFA greenhouse and Waggoners Home Center. The effort was part of an ongoing initiative to enhance the city’s charm and community pride.
“This kind of collaboration is what makes Willow Springs such a wonderful place to live and work,” said a spokesperson from the Chamber. Visitors are encouraged to stroll through downtown and enjoy the vibrant floral displays throughout the summer.
