On Sunday June 8th West Plains Police were dispatched to a local trailer park for a domestic situation. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim and a witness and found out that the suspect Angela Fairbanks had tried to run over her boyfriend.
According to the probable cause statement Fairbanks had been very volatile and got in a car and drove through the yard in attempts to run down the victim after an argument, tire ruts were observed in the yard.

The officer received a description of the vehicle and found it at the West Plains Motel, Fairbanks was taken into custody and charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault and tampering with a motor vehicle.
