A Celebration of Life for Bryan Ray Deaton, Age 56 of Thayer, Missouri will be held on Saturday, January 31st, 2026 at The Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, Missouri beginning at 10 AM.

Bryan Ray Deaton, 56, of Thayer, MO, passed suddenly on January 21, 2026, at his home. He was born on December 17, 1969, in West Plains, MO, to Jimmy Deaton and Vercie (Combs) (Deaton) Hirsch. Bryan married Natasha (Lee) Holman on March 27, 2018.

Bryan is survived by his best friend and devoted wife, Natasha Deaton; his girls, Tymber Holman of Florissant, MO, D’Nacia Condello (Andrew) of Oceanside, CA; his mother, Vercie Hirsch of Thayer, MO; siblings, Eva Komm of Thayer, MO, Nicholas Deaton and Leah Deaton of Tennessee; nephew, William Brandon Stewart (Jessica), niece Kelsie Stewart, Thayer, MO and nieces and nephews of Tennesse; 1 son, Cody Baker; grandchildren, Shylah, Rawlin, and Laikyn of Kentucky; a special great-nephew, Kai Jones of Thayer, MO; and fur baby sidekicks Waylon and Tubs.

Bryan was preceded in death by: his father, Jimmy Ray Deaton; his paternal grandparents, Willia and Ruth Deaton; maternal grandparents, Lee and Lueler Combs; his precious infant daughter, Laken Hailey; and beloved wife, Angela (Bentley) Deaton.

Anyone who knew Bryan would tell you that he stood for the common man. He drove semi-trucks off and on since his teenage years hauling cattle and timber. He loved the outdoors, handcrafting knives, and living the cowboy way. From a small child, Bryan was ornery and enjoyed pulling a good prank. Above all he cherished time with friends and family. Bryan was baptized in the Eleven Point River and was a member of the Byrd Freewill Baptist Church.
