Jerry Lee Freeman, 64 years, 9 months, passed away on November 16, 2021 at his home in Kansas City, Missouri.
Jerry was born March 16, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to Gerald Weston Freeman and Viola (Walker) Payne.
Jerry had worked at Corn Products in shipping in Kansas City, Mo and at a sawmill for several years in the Dora, Missouri community and also in Arkansas. He also worked as a truck driver and worked in construction for many years.
He was a member of DeMolay International and was a Eagle scout.
Jerry was baptized at Hyde Park Christian church.
Jerry enjoyed hunting and fishing in the Ozark hills.
Jerry was preceded in death by grandparents Tipton and Clella(Loftin) Walker and Arthur and Mildred(Dahlberg) Freeman. Uncles Clifton and Charlie Freeman. Aunts Evelyn Freeman and Reba Walker.
He is survived by his mother, Viola Payne of Raymore, Missouri, his father and stepmother Gerald and Debbie Freeman of Kansas City, Missouri; sister and husband, Connie Sue and David Cox and brother Robert Weston Freeman all of Peculiar, Missouri. Stepbrothers Kenneth, Michael and John Payne of Wichita, Kansas and Larry Dunkin of Gardner, KS. Stepsisters Linda Freese of Illinois and Michelle Dunkin of Kansas City, Missouri. 5 Nieces and 4 nephews. Numerous Great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Jerry will be Monday, November 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial following in the Evans Cemetery.
