The game started out with the Z forcing an early 3 and out, and the momentum didn’t end there. The first offensive drive of the night resulted in 7 after a 13 yard grab. For the next 4 drives after that, both teams traded 3 and outs before West Plains added another touchdown. On the kickoff after, Parkview returned the kick 75 yards, they missed the extra point. Halftime followed soon with the score of 14-6.
To start the 2nd half, both teams traded touchdowns and the score was then 21-12. West plains Dshowed up big and forced a turnover. West Plains turned the ball over themselves on the ensuing possession. Couple drives later and West Plains found the endzone once again to make it 28-12, and that was the final score of the game.
West Plains won 28-12. Next Friday West Plains hosts Hillcrest at 7pm, as always that game will be streamed live and on the radio live with KDY.
