Just after 3:00 Sunday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a West Plains man for drug possession. 38-year-old Joseph Wilson was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Seat Belt. He was taken to the Howell County Jail.

Around 30 minutes later, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested another West Plains resident, 39-year-old Felicia Hodo. She is being charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Improper Display of License Plates. She was also transported to Howell County Jail.
