SIKESTON—Route U in Shannon County will be reduced to one lane with an 8.5-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located between Route 60 and County Road 654 near Birch Tree, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Nov. 10 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
