Due to winter conditions, City Hall and all City of West Plains buildings will be closed to the public today, Monday, January 26.
The West Plains Civic Center will, however, be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. as a warming center only, weather and conditions permitting.
This space is available for anyone who needs relief from the bitter cold.
Please remember:
• No fitness room or pool access
• No activities or programs
• This is not a standard open day
If you are able to safely stay home, please do so. Stay warm and stay safe.
