Recent Arrests and Releases Reported in Fulton County Jail Log

FULTON COUNTY, Ark. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest jail activity report, detailing recent arrests and releases over the past several weeks.

According to the sheriff’s office, the following individuals were arrested within the last 30 days:

Austin James Payne, 31, of Salem, was arrested April 12 on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.

Travis A. McFarland, 31, of Viola, was arrested April 2. Formal charges were not listed in the report.

Julius Dawson, 49, of Missouri, was arrested March 22 on charges of failure to comply with sex offender reporting requirements, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Joshua Wrestler, 40, was arrested March 6 on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to testing and violation of bond conditions.

In addition, the following individuals were arrested and released within the past 48 hours:

Marisa Beard, 40, of Salem, was arrested April 12 and later released the same day. Charges included careless or prohibited driving, endangering the welfare of a minor, driving while intoxicated (drugs) and refusal to submit to testing.

Benjamin Schultz, 78, was arrested April 12 and released April 13 on a charge of third-degree domestic battery.

Officials noted that all charges are allegations and that individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
